• Reservations are confirmed once an advance deposit of 30% of the total rental value has been received via bank transfer.

• 70% remaining balance is to be settled upon check in.

• The deposit must be paid within 7 (seven) working days of the booking date or the reservation will automatically be cancelled.

• A € 250 security deposit check is required as part of the agreement upon arrival and returned upon check out if no damages are recorded.

• Cancellations:

If for any reason, you decide to cancel your reservation after the deposit has been paid, you must inform us by e-mail (e-mail: info@ferias-ferragudo.com).

The following rules shall apply as applicable:

1. For cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.

2. For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date: the entire deposit will be due and no refund will be given.

• Pets are not allowed except by prior agreement.
